The name stub ‘Campus’ is english and refers to the college grounds.
7.2 Rationale
The rationale for the Line Silva°Campus are many:
- That marketing them under the Silva flag can be effective outside.
- Having a common catalog is beneficial for the student, for industry.
- A catalog - or the presentation of what is available - can help support common marketing efforts, upmarketing, upselling, cross-selling.
- A dedicated Line - as a handle - supports cross-pollination activities with other Lines.
- A catalog can be used to spawn new win-win services for partners.
- A ‘State-of-the-Nation’ i.e. State-of-Campus Report can be benficial for involved parties (incl. politics) in detecting what needs to be done, improved, etc.
- It might be that the Federal States already have their own Campus catalogs for their own areas. This Line can be used as a handle to pool them together.
